“Quality product delivered swiftly, one improvement would be for better protection all around the roof panels and not just on the long edges and corners, to prevent damage in transit.”

“The items ordered were sent promptly and very well packaged. The Wet Wall product was good quality although I do have a couple of comments I relation to that specifically I am not sure but I don’t think the wall cement/ glue was the freshest. Seemed dry and very flaky on test piece. Evostick version softer and felt more reliable - so used both Also there were no instructions given for the effective and sealed fitting of the new bottom seal (two part) interlocking. There was A bit more to it than simply cutting the right width - needed to make adjustment to side seals to accommodate the bottom trim.”

“Ordering was straightforward and a good selection of wall panels available. We were warned delivery may be delayed and it was by 10 days but that was from suppliers whose delivery company were not brilliant!”

“I am a retail customer and bought a product from Rubberduck over the internet. The product was due to arrive on the Thursday but didn’t arrive until the following Monday. I don’t believe the delay was with Rubberduck but more the main supplier. On receiving product I was disappointed to discover that it did not come with any instructions. I telephoned Rubberduck bathrooms and the polite chap informed me that the product was only intended for professional installers, that of which I am not. He sent me an email later that day with a link to a YouTube video. Overall I was satisfied with the service provided.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery of goods not quite so, but in fairness I do not believe this to be the fault RubberDuck Bathrooms but the manufacturer (Abacus). Though it was disappointing the website claimed usually delivered next working day when as soon as I placed the order, the confirmation email claimed delivery to be expected a week later (delivery took over 2 weeks eventually). What I would say is that Rubberduck Bathrooms were very apologetic and without fail were very quick to responded to my enquiries. On that basis I would recommend them.”

“Order placement was simple and email confirmation swift. Received a phone call to explain my order was slightly delayed which was good rather than just wondering where it was. Text to state delivery date and time and items delivered in good order. Many thanks.”
