Hi, thanks for your review, can i ask that you please check the panels and items are satisfactory as damages or shortages cannot be replaced unless this is identified within a few days of delivery occurring, it becomes difficult to confirm that the items arrived damaged if not checked until several days/weeks later, if there are issues with the items, please advise ASAP and we will follow up to resolve them as required.

“First time ordering from Rubberduck so was a bit apprehensive at first but looked at their reviews online which were quite positive so went ahead. Ordered 4 items on Tuesday which were dispatched on Thursday and received on Friday. Received an email advising when items were dispatched which was quite helpful. No issues with the goods ordered all as described and in good condition. On the basis of my experience on this occasion would definitely order from them again.”

Hi Sir Thanks for your review, if you go to Abacus Bathrooms website and search the item code EMKS-EN-1508, you will see that this item retails at £659, we sold the product to you at 40% off of the RRP, we have done our best to keep the prices as low as possible but due to inflation have had to increase the price we sell these for to ensure we don't make a loss but apologise if you feel that price could of been lower.

“Love the look! Had a bit of trouble at the 90degree corner angle as our walls were not completely square but managed in the end with a bit of help from some sealer. Rubberduck employees very helpful both before and after ordering, as one of the panels arrived broken. No problem replacing. Thank you.”

“Ordered four items online from Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd. No immediate acknowledgement via e-mail of my order.The day after ordering, two of the items arrived as they were delivered directly from the supplier. Waited a couple of days and phoned them about the other two items, a tap and a cistern. Apparently the tap was out of stock with them and the supplier. They should let you know if there is an issue, you should not have to chase them. All sorted out by Ashley who was very helpful. I was allowed to pick a more expensive tap at no extra cost. Minor issues but great staff. Would use again.”

Sorry to hear you have experienced some difficulties with your order. Looking at your order and reviewing your review here, it sounds like our emails to your self are being blocked by your SPAM or email provider, we will contact your supplier to ask to be white listed, as acknowledgements are automatically send the moment an order is placed as well as delivery details. I am happy though that a member of staff was able to help resolve the issue to a satisfactory outcome.

“This was a complicated order, through no fault of Rubberduck. They were very helpful, although very much in the hands of their suppliers, and responded well to my phone queries — good to deal with. It would have been 5 stars, but promises to keep us up to date with progress over the phone didn't always materialise. 4.5 stars!”

Hi, Thanks for your review and apologies regarding the delivery issue detailed here. These items came direct from the manufacturer via their own couriers, we had not been made aware of this issue until your review dropped yesterday evening. I have sent the details to the manufacturer to follow up and confirm details on Monday when they reopen, I will follow up to you at this time with an update.

“The product (Tissino Hugo2 radiator) is very good. Offered at a competitive price. Speed of delivery is good. However, the care taken by the courier company (FedEx) and the communication skills of the delivery driver leaves much to be desired. (the outer packaging (plastic sheet over cardboard was penetrated in 7 locations). Fortunately the radiator itself appears (on first inspection)undamaged. (I have ticked that the item is damaged but am referring to the packaging).”

“No issues with the ordering and quick delivery however the packaging was really damaged and squashed when it arrived. Luckily the toilet roll holder wasn’t damaged inside.”

“Clear website, good prices, goods comms. Delivery costs for my £770 shower panel order was a bit pricey though! I think that could have been waived for spending a significant amount in a single order. Then I would have awarded 5 stars.”

Hi Sir, Thanks for your review, The items come directly from the manufacturer who charge a £36 delivery charge, we do try to swallow these costs within the product costs where possible, however, we don't have the margin to be able to remove this charge, i will feed this detail back to our procurement and pricing teams so this process can be kept under review and streamlined where possible in the future however.

“Had ordered a shower basket as had previously ordered one from them and wanted the same items, at first they sent the incorrect item but after a few e-mails the item was sent back and the correct one sent out, took some time but great service and care.”
