“No problems at all with pre-sales advice and placing the order for Megaboard wall cladding - even when I needed to amend the order slightly, nor with the goods when they arrived. However, Rubberduck are dependent on manufacturers to ship the orders. In our case the manufacturer's courier delivered to the wrong address in a different postcode without obtaining a signature or attempting to phone me if he was having trouble identifying the property, Fortunately the lucky recipient was honest and used my phone number from the outside of the packages to phone me and sort things out. Rubberduck need to get a grip of their suppliers. It could have turned out differently.”

“Had a Shower & Splash boards Fitter the workers did a first class job After sale service 1 out of 10 not so good we had a small leak out of the side of the shower Told some one would come around to 1 of 2 days to fix no one called went back to shop told again some one will call and do the job still no one went to B& Q Got some sealant did the job myself also told we would get some shower goodys we got a big fat zero”

“I ordered over the phone some Wetwall panels,trims,adhesive and sealant all at a very good price. Placing order was all good and a delivery was given by email and from Shore laminates. All arrived on the given delivery 🚚 day. All the panels were checked and it was found 5 of the 6 were damaged. I notified Rubberduck and they arranged for replacements which were fine. A good service all round.”

“I asked for a delivery day and it was delivered on the day, if they could tell you if it's morning or afternoon delivery that would be a big improvement, price was very good for the item I ordered.”

Thank you for your order and your review. Depending on the items purchased depends on the transportation service used. Some services we use offer an hour time slot and you can even track the van to your door. Other services when they come on a manufactures van we can get ETAs on a the morning of delivery once a driver run is planned.

“We ordered two different manufacturers panels and fittings. The order arrived short. Following a phone call Part of the missing order was shipped and arrived the next day. There was an admission for the final part there had been an ordering error. I advised we needed the final panel within 3 days. This was sorted and I was updated regularly by phone. Although there errors with the order these were immediately rectified with an apology. We would use this company as again.”

“Items arrived and noticed some minor damage. Contacted RubberDuck and the customer care was very good. They sent a replacement through with No quibbles. Would recommend to friends and will use them again.”
