“10mm JG pipe inserts delivered next day as promised. Process simple and easy. 4 stars because the price compared to other suppliers was a little higher but the other suppliers were either out of stock or unable to deliver fast enough. Have used Rubberduck before and would use again due to reliability.”

“Ordered a Matki shower in the sale, big savings. Delivery was quicker than quoted and expected. Unfortunately Matki did not send the thermostatic controls as they were on back order and they didn't inform Bathroom City. Was sent no fuss but had to wait a further 2 weeks.”

“Ordered a JT Anti-slip kit for our new shower tray, received an email confirming dispatch within 10 minutes and it arrived next day. Easy to apply, and makes the slippery shower tray completely safe to stand on, even when wet and soapy. Time will tell how it ages but it can apparently be removed so, even if it needs renewed every year, it is worth it.”
