“Good choice and good prices. Quality of the vinyl flooring I received was great. Delivery (it took 5 days) was pricey to where I live compared to many other companies. Nevertheless a good company to purchase from.”

“I was after a specific item and this company had it at a good price. Of course they were ordering from the manufacturer, Frontline and thats where the problem was....as people warn about online company's, however, this item could not be bought in a shop anywhere near me. Frontline sent out a 1st item so poorly packaged that it got damaged. Rubberduck quickly organized another which also was so poorly packaged, it got damaged in transit as well ...oh and was the wrong colour . Again Rubber duck organized another the next day and thankfully this was fine despite the soggy wafer thin cardboard box it came in again. Rubberduck customer service was great each time and quick, let down by the manufacturer....shame!! You would think that on an item costing several hundred quid, the manufacturer would spend more than £1.65 on packaging.”

“Competitive prices. As our multi panels were coming direct from the manufacturer, the delivery was a bit slow but that wasn't Rubberduck's fault. Would use them again.”

“Ordered a Bath Filler online. I then rang to confirm a next day delivery, which they advised they couldn’t as it wasn’t in stock, although didn’t show that information when I placed the order. Promised me it would be two day delivery however. So accepted that. Except it didn’t arrive. Rang again and was told the one in stock was faulty so would need to wait another couple of working days. Arrived as promised and wax a very good tap. Please don’t over promise and under deliver. The reverse is much more manageable. Value for money? Yes.”

“Just one small chip in a corner of the radiator. I touched it up with enamel paint. No problem to fit as to was a straight replacement. Excellent service and speedy delivery.”

“Received goods when expected. Delivery driver helpful .Unfortunately on opening one of the panels had a crack along one edge. As I didn't need a full panel and didn't want to delay the fitting we cut the broken piece off.”
