“Maybe I misread the info on the website but I thought dispatch was meant to me next day. I had to wait 5 days which put a hold on my project. That aside, the purchase was hassle free and the product is just as described so overall I'm happy and would come back.”

Hi, Thanks for your review, the web page does detail usually next working day delivery. I have checked the order and can see the order was placed at 9.40pm on Monday 12th, we went to send it on Tuesday 13th but identified the stock was damaged so ordered more in, this arrived the next day but after the courier had attended so couldn't go out on that date, due to this it left us on the 15th, we apologise that this didn't arrive with you sooner.

“The ordering process was easy and we had good support from the online staff when we had queries. Unfortunately part of the order was delivered the week we were away on holiday instead of the requested date when we were due back - this caused a lot of inconvenience but were told it was the supplying warehouse that didn't notice the requested delivery date and the driver only rang me when he had arrived at our house. However Rubber Duck were very apologetic and resolved the problem amicably. I would still recommend them to anyone”

“Ok price. Order arrived in good time and broadly good condition - there were several screws missing and others were damaged from the item which delayed installation (went to local supplier to get missing bits as didn’t want to wait for days).”

“Very good. Kept me informed about delivery throughout and delivered really quickly. Product exactly as described, although sadly I had to return it as it would not work in the bathroom config I selected. Refund very prompt and, again good communication. Would have been an easy 5, but I asked for the product to be left in a secure place and it was taken to local PO. If you can't control how Royal Mail do delivery, then you might need to make this clearer and qualify this in the 'special delivery instructions' area of the order process.”

“Had some delivery issues (damaged item & items missing) so although RD themselves seem to be competitive and be reliable they seem to be let down by their suppliers. As some/most of the stock comes directly from manufacturers/suppliers (who themselves can outsource deliveries to agencies) I guess they don't have much control over it. However their customer service (particularly Ashley) is very good, friendly and efficient and will try to resolve any issues amicably and I was happily compensated for any problems.”
