“Thia is a mixed review. I like that the website has seemingly promoted youtube videos showing what you need to do, there are loads of them. Oredered a pack for 10 sheets of 6mm including the tape & clips but no adhesive. Delivery was not great, they are very heavy and the pack suffered damage on one corner, presumably by dragging on the ground. No protection on the corners apart from the slim cardboard casing.”

“Although I haven’t yet had the bathroom fitted due to delays with the installer, the products look to be of excellent quality and the prices reasonable. However, what really makes this company stand out is the helpfulness of the staff, who are all very enthusiastic, right from the lads on the trade desk, the lady in the warehouse and even the bloke who delivered the gear. I would highly recommend.”

“So disappointed in the after sales at Rubberduck ! The product is exactly what I was looking for but sadly I will never deal with comoany again . My delivery was mixed up on three separate occasions .Constantly blamed the courier comoany and didn't care at all that my products were delayed and three separate delivery dates messed up causing huge inconvenience. Bottom line ..Once they have your money they couldn't care less . I would have gladly placed all of my orders with them had they extended any kind of explanation or courtesy. Would not recommend.”

Good morning Monica, We're very sorry to hear your delivery didn't go as planned. Looking at your order we can see that there was an issue with the DHL collection, which meant your order was incorrectly sent to another customer. Your order contained multiple items, with 1 item needing to be ordered in to us before we could dispatch a second time. Rather than wait for that item (or the other consignment to come back to us) we dispatched a new order ASAP with the final item to follow. I can assure you that we do care - To remedy the initial issue we paid for multiple fast tracked delivery services with our only intention being to get your items out to you ASAP.
