“Product (multipanel) is brilliant. Price is good. Delivery was not so good. No contact details for either supplier or carrier, so needed Rubberduck to resolve the issue. They went "radio silent" on me, not responding to email or phone calls. Got resolved eventually, but carrier was not impressed.”

“Products were good. But delivery was bad, multiple delivery’s. Rang to ask why products weren’t all on the first delivery, didn’t get rung back with a reason or info on when the next delivery was due. Second delivery still didn’t have all products, so I rang up and found out the missing items were damaged. I’m fine with replacements having already been ordered, but I wasn’t kept in the loop”

“Unfortunately, part of my order was unavailable for 5-6 wks due to lack of stock, so available items were posted and received. However, it became a nightmare to receive the one remaining item due to rubbish service by courier DHL, and it took a further 3wks to finally get it! Rubberduck staff were friendly and very willing to help as much as they could to expedite the delivery despite the challenging service from the courier. Quality of all items is very good.”

“Ordered a bathroom towel radiator. The order went well until a few hours later we received a phone call saying that the item was not in stock for another 3 weeks. In discussion with the Rubberduck representative, we found a different radiator (curved rather than straight) somewhat more expensive but in stock and ready to ship. This was received in good time and was plumbed in on schedule. All good.”
