Good afternoon Andrew, We're very sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery. We can see the issue is with a split delivery from the manufacturer Abacus and their delivery partner XDP, which again we can only apologise for. On contacting the manufacturer, we have been given several assurances that the goods were back out for delivery and would arrive the very next day. A member of the customer service team will follow up with the manufacturer immediately to see what we can do to accelerate things. Apologies again for the delay here Andrew. “I ordered a shower enclosure and tray. Both were delivered on the delivery date stated when ordering them. Everything was as it should have been with no damage or missing parts so there's not actually a lot I can write in the review? The items I ordered were cheaper on Rubberduck than on other websites and everything was exactly as stated and as it should be with no problems with no need to contact customer services. Although I did contact Rubberduck prior to ordering for advice which I recieved a reply within 24 hours. So basically, cheaper than competitors for like for like product with an excellent service and delivery and no problems.”

“Received my basin tap. Lovely tap really different the spout part moves to either side of the basin. Which is brilliant when cleaning teeth. Straight forward to fit. I had a plumber fit it and it took 40 mins.”

Hi John, Thanks for taking time to leave feedback. Your order was placed after cut off for next day delivery at 2:15pm on the 24th. That being said we still managed to get the item out the door with a dispatch notification going out to you in less than an hour at 3:11pm - Looking at the tracking info provided, your item arrived on the morning of the 26th. While we pay for a next day service with DHL, we cannot guarantee that they will complete the delivery. Which is why we provide ETA's and not guarantees around deliveries. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
