“The order was processed quickly, and all items arrived in good condition. Our only criticism is that we had specifically asked for advance notice of delivery - so that we could arrange time off work to be at home. Our order ended up being split into 2 deliveries (which in itself was fine), and on both occasions the "advance notice" was a phone call late in the afternoon to say the delivery was due the next morning!”

“Most of the order received quickly, there were some problems with the supplier with one item but they did resolve and return calls promptly which was appreciated.”

“Quality of the materials are really good and speed of delivery was great, however when my items arrived on a pallet in the middle of my street the delivery driver refused to help me carry the very large and heavy item up my stairs to get into house as selivering the item to the door wasn't his job apparently...”

Hi, Thanks for your review, please accept our apologies with regards to your delivery experience, while drivers do generally help customers with products being moved, the driver was correct, they are not insured to leave the main highway or enter customer properties, due to this these items come on a kerbside delivery and the end user is required to assist the driver once it is offloaded to move items in to their property or storage location, however, we apologise for the issue encountered with this delivery.

“Quick prompt service. Bath is very good, however, it arrived minus the handles. Following a quick phone call this was resolved and handles were couriered our a couple of days later. All in very pleased.”

“Bought one of these showers before & as it looks so good when fitted, I ordered two more. Had to buy other fittings for wall mounting but the shower itself is fantastic.”

“I ordered several items, the first, a radiator arrived very quickly and it appears to be all we expected. The rest of the order was due to arrive the day after this review request arrived. I am very pleased with all aspects of contact so far with Rubberduck Bathrooms. They were very helpful in arranging the time of day for the delivery of the rest of the order which arrived whithin half an hour of the expected time. The interesting aspect of this review is that an incentive to complete the review was to be entered into a prize draw that ended 3 days before I received the review request. I don't think I will be winning any prizes.”

Hi, Thank you for your review, I have looked into this and due to when our review emails are sent and when the order was placed the competition email was in the crossover from the end of one month's competition to the beginning of the next month's competition, I can you have been entered into the December prize draw.

“Ordering process was fine - delivery as promised - only issue was that the protective film on the bath was loose in one area, but bath looks OK - and the packaging seems very flimsy for a £600 bath - but that's the supplier issue not rubberducks”

“Sales staff were very helpful and my order got delivered as promised. The delivery itself was less satisfactory as they left my shower door propped up by the main entrance to the building instead of bring it up to the flat. It could have been stolen.”

“I bought a splashpanel, ordered on Monday and was delivered on Thursday. The process was very easy and the delivery arrived undamaged on the day they said. My only criticism is the cost of delivery and that I was never given an estimated time on the day (even morning or afternoon would be helpful) as I had to wait in all day for it to arrive at 4pm.”
