“They were a good company to converse with.. I would have given the 5 stars .. just disappointed one item was missing from my order.. however I would definitely deal with this company again..”

“We had ordered a new bath but unfortunately the wrong one was delivered. However, Rubberduck Bathrooms telephoned immediately when they realised the mistake and this was before we had even noticed. They took instant corrective action, arranging to take this one away and delivering the right bath which all happened within a couple of days, so all credit to them for this and admitting the error. The bath is currently in the process of being installed so has not been used as yet but it looks very smart and in good condition.”

“Haven't had our products installed yet so can't comment on the quality of the materials. Delivery was prompt and although one shower panel was forgotten with the original delivery it was delivered within 48 hours of querying the missing item. Good service”

“Rubberduck have a very good customer services team that attended to and corrected my issues with the deliveries of my shower wall panels and ceiling panels, but i would reiterate that they [rubberduck] MUST ensure that the couriers of their goods are fully aware of the transportation and preservation of them, especially when clearly marked 'fragile' and 'store this way up'. But, when the goods were eventually delivered and their subsequent incorporation into the bathroom they have been superb, unfortunately, nearly 2 weeks later.”

“Excellent help when ordering. Yet unfortunately the manufacturers were out of stock! Polite email giving me a delivery date. This wasn’t convenient, so had to cancel. Money paid back immediately Thanks”

“I specifically requested at time of my online order for an email to be sent to me for time and date of delivery. No email was received and I was out when the item was left with a neighbour. I didn't want to put my neighbour to any inconvenience - which did in fact put my neighbour to some inconvenience as the item is heavy and had to be carried to my property. I haven't as yet unwrapped the item to check all is OK and no damage etc. This of course would have been done at the point of delivery if I'd had prior email notification as I requested and I would have been in at the time. I'm just now hoping the item is very much all OK when I come to unwrap it !”

“I was informed quickly of the arrival or delay to my products being delivered. Slightly disappointed that a shower tray I ordered couldn't be found and would be delayed and then it surprisingly turned up without notification! Fortunately it wasn't an issue for us as we had builders on site. Everything was well packaged, looking forward to using it.”

“The only reason i didnt put 5 stars was because i thought that all items would be delivered together. I didnt realise they would all come separately from different manufacturers. This caused a bit of inconvenience as to waiting in at different times/days for deliveries with no idea as to timings even morning or afternoon. All staff on the phone were very helpful though and i did receive all items on time & in good condition. Price was good aswell.”

“The delivery was a day before it was scheduled and the delivery person took it into my back garden as I requested. The bath was in very good condition and are very happy with it now it’s installed.”

“Quick delivery, though one panel was damaged inside the box. Fortunately we had ordered a spare. Please spell Positive correctly. E mail backup when selecting items and asking questions is very good indeed! I contacted them a number of times and received very quick and knowledgeable responses.”

“The service i recieved was excellent and the order was delivered on time. I was surprised and disappointed that the wall panels came loose and not packaged as I also know other companies do package them. They haven't been fitted yet so I hope they are ok.”
