“My second time using Rubberduck Bathrooms and just like the first time, they proved to be an excellent choice. I needed a little advice for this order and that was no problem. An advisor spoke to me at length, gave me options and helped me decide. Delivery was made on a day of my choice and everything arrived as you'd expect. I'll be using Rubberduck Bathrooms when the third bathroom is replaced and I have no hesitation in recommending the company.”

“High gloss bath panel was great, well packed and protected. Would have given 5 stars but delivery by FedEx terrible. I was notified a Tuesday morning delivery, then the afternoon, then Wednesday morning but still didn't turn up. Gave up waiting, eventually turned up Thursday afternoon.”

“They sent me wrong items in my order which were the corner joints for shower boards . As this was noticed in the day the job was started I’m having to wait an extra 5 days to get these which has delayed getting my bathroom completed . They do not do delivery on a weekend so you have to wait until the next working day . If you need any replacement when contacting . It all depends on when you contact them with an issue . No next day delivery !! Please bear this in mind !!!”

“Goods exactly as described thanks, and well wrapped but transport delayed. FedEx were a day late delivering the panel but did not provide any useful updates. But I would use Rubberduck bathrooms again.”

“I ordered a tray with waste which arrived in maybe 48 hours all good but I also ordered at the same time a mermaid corner shower panel. Currently I have nothing from you to say when this is arriving, I hope it doesn't turn up next week as I stated not to deliver it that week as we are away. Maybe you xan advise when this item will be delivered.”
