You're asking me to write a review for an order placed on Sept 6th 2021 .... that I was advised would take between 2 and 5 working days. I still haven't received the order AND I have repeatedly chased your office. Your 1 star reflects service to date.

Good Afternoon Stella, Apologies for the delay on receiving your order. On taking a look we can see that we received dispatch confirmation and an ETA direct from the manufacturer Aquadart, shortly after the order was placed. Our team was made aware this date was not met and we've requested updates several times since. Each update was provided by our team in good faith, based on the information provided by Aquadart. It would appear we were let down on a few occasions here, which again we can only apologise for. If you need anything else in the future give us a call and we'll make sure your next experience is much better and we’ll see if we can offer a bit of a discount as a goodwill gesture too. Lots of damaged panels when delivered, reported within 24 hours and no reply, refund or replacement.

Hi Marc, We're sorry to hear about any issues with your order. We've had a look and we can see the items were dispatched shortly after you placed your order on a next day service with tracking links provided to monitor the items in transit. We can't seem to find any communication or note left on the order regarding any issues on delivery however. This review is the first we've heard on the matter. New bath - left outside property as " not allowed to enter house." Utterly pathetic. Lets hope it's not stolen before I can get home and help my wife move it. Absolutely dreadful.

Good Morning Mr Haggerty, Thanks for taking time to leave feedback. We are surprised to see the feedback received, given the fact we detail the deliveries from the couriers and manufacturers we connect to are kerbside only across the website. This is not to be awkward. It's a simple case of safety given current events and they're not insured to enter the end users property. We can however see that your bath was heavily discounted, placed on a pallet to protect the item in transit and it arrived in a timely fashion too! Good Morning Darren, We're sorry to hear your item has not arrived. On checking your order, we can see the item was purchased on the 25th of August and dispatched on the very same day with Royal Mail. We haven't heard anything to suggest your delivery did not take place until this review came in last night. Had we been informed closer to the time, the matter would have been resolved much sooner. We've checked with Royal Mail already this morning and we can see that the delivery did take place on the 26th. We've requested further proof of delivery with Royal Mail to see if we can locate your item. A member of the customer service team will be reaching out today to discuss the matter. Image on the product decription was incorrect so that means the part ordered is incorrect. Rubberduck Bathrooms will take it back - but I have to pay for the return costs!

Hi Lindsey, We're sorry to hear that an item was ordered in error. On taking a look, we can see the order was placed on the morning of the 9th, processed / dispatched within a couple of hours and delivered without issue shortly there after. The product title, description and specification all clearly detail what this item is, as was explained when you contacted us regarding the return. While we appreciate it can be frustrating to find the item ordered is not suitable for your installation, that does not mean we would then pay for any return costs associated. Brought 3 Showerwall panels from Rubberduck bathrooms and stored them in an insulated garage with temperature control. They were flat & raised off the floor. When my builder started installing then they discovered 1 board was warped. Both Rubberduck bathrooms & Showerwall refused to exchange it even though I’d only had it 2 months & followed their storage instructions. They claim it was my fault for putting them in a garage. If that was the case why didn’t they all warp. They offered a £10 reduction on a new board. Be very careful before you buy from either company. Poor service. Currently trying to regain my losses through credit card & potentially small claims court.

Hi Rob, We're sorry to hear about the damage to your order. These items come pre-packaged from the manufacturer and we rarely see damages when delivering or receiving them. We can see in this instance however, that 4 out of the 6 packs dispatched with FedEx received damage in transit, which we can only apologise for. Delivery failed yesterday. No attempt to deliver and stayed in waiting. Apparently they're going to try again today. No criticism of rubber duck but rather of the parcel delivery service they employ.

Hi Jon, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. The shower seal kit ordered left us last week and was due to be delivered by Parcel Force yesterday. A comment was left in the shipping instructions by the person who placed the order saying "please ask delivery driver to call my number when delivering as my house is hard to find. Thanks". A text message was sent across to confirm your delivery date on the 3rd of September and a further text was sent on the day of delivery to confirm. It appears to us that the courier tried to reach out but if not can you please confirm to us VIA email and we'll investigate further not a problem at all. Sorry for the mix up here Jon. The boarding should have been what was ordered wether or not we took the protective sheet off and checked it. Therefore I think it should be replaced free of charge as I have to do the changes to the job free of charge.

While rare picking errors can occur with the suppliers we connect to and it looks like you received the matt version of that finish instead of the gloss. We completely understand your frustration here and had the panels not been installed, free of charge replacements would have been sent out immediately and the others collected also. As you couldn’t supply me with the correct size boarding,which in turn meant I hade more joints and no brush or roller was supplied.I was not informed that you couldn’t supply the boarding I ordered until I enquired about delivery time.not happy

Rubber duck sales said item would arrive on Weds or Thursday, order came through saying Friday for delivery and no delivery and no information is available over long weekend

Hi Tamsyn, We're sorry to hear you've not been too happy with your experience. We do think there's been a miscommunication, however. The toilet seat was ordered and dispatched on the 24th with an ETA for delivery being Friday the 27th. The delivery was made and signed for by a neighbour on the 27th with proof of delivery provided by the manufacturer. As the item could not be located at your end a free of charge replacement was sent out and arrived the following Monday after the bank holiday. We bought some very expensive lustrolite acrylic shower panels from rubber duck. When they were being cut to size in preparation for installation, cracks appeared on the panel. We raised it with rubber duck who said it was an issue for the manufacturer to adjudicate on. The manufacturer said it was our user error, that we didn't cut it properly (not true). The manufacturer has refused to exchange, refund or replace the defective product. Rubber duck, as the supplier whom our contract is with, should be doing more to help us but in reality they've done nothing other than advising us to return the panels to the manufacturer at our expense. In short my advice is - don't buy from rubber duck, and don't get acrylic panels.

Good Morning Barry, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We must say we are surprised to see your comments come through after the conversation we had in regards to the issues faced. As a valued cusotmer of ours, we did reach out to the manufacturer to see if we could have them send out replacements free of charge. Unfortunately, as you had used a hand saw in an attempt to cut the panels, (you kindly provided images and confirmed this to be the case), it was clear the problems surfaced as a result of installation error. As per the installation instructions provided, these panels should be clamped to a solid surface and cut down using a circular or table saw. See attached image. We're sorry that you have had the problems described we really are, but we are a small family owned company that offers heavily discounted items and we can't cover costs when issues arise outside of our control I'm afraid. Poor packaging resulted in damage to goods in transit. Per customer services damage was “within tolerances”, an if I didn’t like what I got “I could return the items at my own cost”!

I ordered a chrome basket for my new bathroom. Despite chrome on the order and confirmation email and the delivery note, it was a black one that was delivered. Rubber duck arranged for collection which was completed but have said they won’t send the correct chrome unit out until they have the black unit safely back with them. This is all well and good but the issue was completely their error and now I am going to incur extra costs as my bathroom is now complete so I will have to arrange for my contractor to return to install it for me. I have no date from Rubber duck when my chrome unit will be dispatched or arrive but they have my money…

We can see that while that the order was placed over the weekend, it was processed and dispatched out to you within a couple of days. As soon as any issue in picking was highlighted to us, a swift collection was arranged by the customer service team. The item was collected and return confirmed Friday afternoon and your replacement is due to be dispatched this week. We appreciate the picking error may have come at an inconvenience to yourself. Unfortunately and through no fault of your own I might add, (due to issues with damaged/missing returns over the years), we do need to ensure items are confirmed in transit back to us before we can issue any replacements. I have ordered some items and asked to deliver after 10 days. Failed to deliver and asked for a refund but after 2 days still no response and no compensation.

Despite being very efficient at removing the money from my bank that is where the Good service ended Checked item availabiilty and delivery times before ordering and was assured they would meet the agreed date. Two days after this date I was told that " we forgot to order it " Asked if they would pay for a next day delivery which the supplier had said they would arrange they said NO !!! Was assured the item would turn up 3 days later It did not Turned up the next day Items damaged and missing As I type this I have still not recieved my paid for items Rubbish customer service

Good Morning Steve, We're sorry to see you've not had the usual Rubberduck experience here. We can see that your order was placed over the phone and the order status was left in pending for a few days, which we can only apologise for. The only reason we could not accelerate your delivery as requested, was due to the fact the trims ordered were being dispatched directly by the manufacturer themselves. We do normally hold stock and dispatch them on a next day service, packed inside guttering tubes to avoid any damage. Unfortunately we're waiting on a stock order, so had to dispatch direct in this instance. Again, we're sorry you've not had the best experience here. Ordered a sealing kit from Rubberduck rather than UK Bathrooms after checking stock and confirming next day delivery; next day delivery would have been worth double the price. Unfortunately it actually took 4 days to driver. I requested information as to why this had taken so long and was told that they have no control over 3rd party carriers. They also mentioned that Monday is a busy day and it took them 1 day to dispatch, perhaps their next day deliver claim should say “except Monday’s”. I asked what they could do for me being that I had paid twice the price based on next day delivery which turned into 4 days; they were not interested in anything other than a discount on a further order, which based on this service level they are not going to get.

Having taken a look, we can see that the order was placed Monday afternoon and was dispatched on a next day service with ParcelForce in less than 24 hours from placing the order. While we do pay for a next day service with ParcelForce, we have seen on occasion that deliveries can slip over a day. This is simply due to how busy the industry is at the minute. That being said, most items dispatched on this service have been arriving within the estimated window stated across the website. In terms of price, we are the cheapest on the market for this product. UK Bathrooms retails at £30.94 and we are priced at £23.99. We perform regular checks to make sure we are competitive. You have certainly not overpaid for this item. Paid for a bathroom sweet that we wanted, to be phoned days later to say couldn't get the bath ?Ended up with a Similar but not as nice ,waited in all day to be delivered,we phoned to say where is it and they said we where picking it up ???? As when ordered it was getting delivered to them next day to the shop ? Wash basin wrong one had to get changed more time wasted didn't get basin waste that was promised? And still waiting on bathroom accessories that I've paid for ? Very unreliable

Having looked in to your order we can see that when you came in-store, the order was wrongly put through the system as a collect in-store sale. This led to some confusion amongst the team when calling at the weekend, as that member of staff was unfortunately not in. Further issues were related to manufacturer stock discrepancies/picking errors, which were only apparent to us after we placed the order with them and again, we can only apologise for this. Don’t order from this company was told 3-5 working days. Then was told it would come on the Monday (6 working days), called again I was told Tuesday (7 working days) called again was told Wednesday (8 working days) and at the same time received an email saying dispatch Thursday (9 working days). Client chasing and also had plumber lined up. Very very poor

Good Morning Louise, Please accept our apologies for the delay on receiving your items. The reason for the extended delivery window, was simply down to the fact that the supplier depot local to you had to close temporarily due to a Covid outbreak, as was illustrated in local news. New staff have since been brought in to cover said depot and that is the reason for the delay. We appreciate there may be some frustration around the delay. That being said, our team has done all they can to help speed things along and pass over any updates as they came in to us.
