“The customer service here is second to none, Conor and the team at the front desk are knowledgeable, and friendly and point you in the right direction to make the right decisions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. I have had two bathroom suites and full shower sets, with no issues with price, discount, or delivery. Great to support locals too.”

Good morning Sarah, We're sorry to hear about the damage to your tap. We can see an email from yourself come in on Sunday afternoon relating to an order placed on the 11th of November and another email this morning before the office opened. “The service was very good and deliveries from suppliers turned up on time. However the wall panels that arrived were badly bent ! and if it had not been for the time it would have taken to get replacements we would have refused them. We ended up having to cut some of the panels in half and fitting extra joints in order to get the job done! Not ideal, and cost us a lot more in the long run. We feel this is a supplier issue more than Rubber duck as the service from their staff was exemplary.”

Good morning Alan, We're sorry to hear about the bow in your panels. Looking back at the order, we can't see any communication on the matter. Had we been made aware we could have made an assessment and if necessary free of charge replacements would have been dispatched without delay. The panels purchased are 3/4mm thick and are made from a solid core composite plastic however. As we mention on the website, these panels do need to have some flexibility or they would be too brittle and cracks/breakages would occur more often. Also, we advise on how to install any panel that exhibits a slight bow and how you can remove a bow that could hinder installation on the page too.
