“Unfortunately, the Towel Rail we originally ordered was damaged as was the replacement. I understand they do not travel well particularly when handled by couriers. You were kind enough to offer a full refund.”

“The toilet unit we purchased only came with a basic push flush and we wanted the smarter gunmetal one to match the tap, etc. The company we bought the unit from didn't sell the gunmetal one but Rubberduck Bathrooms came up trumps with the single accessory. The unit all looks great now.”

“My order was processed and delivery was arranged within days. They dealt with my queries promptly and professionally. Had I known before hand I would have dealt with Rubberduck from the onset. Initially I had placed an order with a different supplier who promised delivery within 1-3 weeks. After 6 weeks I had not received my order, despite numerous promises that order was ready for delivery. Then I got surprising news that the Company was unable to supply and would not refund due to financial constraints. I had to claim through bank for refund. This company is still selling online.”
