Hi David, We're very sorry you were left unhappy with a recent order. We can see your order was picked up on the morning of the 24th Oct (Tuesday) and was dispatched using a tracked next day service on the 27th (Friday). The items arrived the following Monday, and you contacted us to say an item was missing. We dispatched a replacement without delay using a next day service. All of the above took place within the 2-5 working day window we advertise for the item(s) purchased. We appreciate the inconvenience of the missing item and can only apologise for the issue.
