Good morning Nick, Thanks for taking time to leave feedback on the item. This review request was in relation to the service offered by us rather than the product delivered. We can see you ordered on the afternoon of the 17th, the item was dispatched within a few hours using a next day delivery service and was delivered without issue. The item itself retails at £6.50, which we find is more than competitive when you compare us across other online retailers such as Screwfix (£14.99), Amazon (£19.99), B&Q (£14.99). When checking this morning we appear to be the cheapest option for this product out of the many retailers out there. Thanks again for the comments Nick. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“I can not recommend Rubberduck Bathrooms highly enough. Not only are their prices extremely competitive, their service is fantastic. No question about my purchase went unanswered and never did they show any signs of frustration, unlike some other retailers when problems occur.
