“My delivery turned up damaged from the courier. I sent the details and pictures to the company and within the hour a replacement was being organised. Waiting for the replacement but great response”

“Extremely happy with the service received from Rubberduck Bathrooms. Had previously ordered showerwall panels from a different supplier, and after 6 weeks kept getting told my products were “on order”. Called Rubberduck and spoke to Ashley who was very helpful. He notes the colours and sizes I was after and before taking my order, called Showerwall direct to find out if they were in stock. Turns out one of the colours was out of stock with no expected re-stock date and Ashley gave me a list of similar colours that were in stock. Placing the order was very quick and efficient and Ashley and Jarred kept me informed throughout the order stage. Overall it took just under 10 days from order to delivery. Could not thank Ashley enough for the excellent service and I would highly recommend Rubberduck. Thank you again!”

“The bath panel was delivered promptly and we are very pleased with it. It was well packaged but one corner was damaged fortunately I was able to trim this edge. Otherwise great service”

“If you need a bathroom supplied just speak to Jamie and his mate ( sorry don't know his name, Skippers Lane, Middlesbrough) at Rubber Duck. Both great customer service. I'm sort of skilled DIY but still need loads of help and support to buy. Had to return and replace a sink unit, no argument , just brilliant service. Got our downstairs toilet) cloak room to do. I now wouldn't use anyone but Rubber Duck”
