“The item package has obviously been opened before & repacked. There was 1 item missing but rubberduck have been very good & are replacing the missing part.”

“If you need a bathroom supplied just speak to Jamie and his mate ( sorry don't know his name, Skippers Lane, Middlesbrough) at Rubber Duck. Both great customer service. I'm sort of skilled DIY but still need loads of help and support to buy. Had to return and replace a sink unit, no argument , just brilliant service. Got our downstairs toilet) cloak room to do. I now wouldn't use anyone but Rubber Duck”

Good Morning Graham, We're sorry to hear about the damage to your order. The item purchased is a fast moving product and we very rarely see any issues with customer deliveries. We can assure you that quality control checks do take place otherwise we'd have far more instances of the issue described. The damage received to your item is more likely to happen while in transit to you the customer. We can see that our team looked to resolve the matter immediately and arranged for a replacement to go out ASAP but we can see this was cancelled/refunded shortly after. “Ordered pvc bathroom panels but got damaged in transit so quick photo and phone call to Rubberduck and replacement panels were sent out within the 3 days stated. Very good customer services and helped me when ordering sizes as well. Would recommend”

“It's absolutely true that you get what you pay for. There are many cheaper bath panels on the market but they are often not fit for purpose. But the front and end panels I gotvfrom Rubber Duck are sturdy, look good and just whatcI wanted. They were delivered within 24 hours and were exceptionally well wrapped that it would be almost impossible to damage them in transit. No hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Unfortunately, I had to return the bath panel as there was insufficient space between the bath support and lip of the bath. The staff were extremely helpful and organised the collection quickly. I would use this company again, probably to buy a bath to go with the bath panel!”

“Purchased a large shower enclosure after discussion with a very helpful person at Rubberduck. I was advised that the particular item wasn’t in stock and there would be a certain delay, which was acceptable to me. As soon as the goods came in they called me to arrange delivery. Delivery wasn’t as smooth as I would have hoped but I’m not blaming Rubberduck and have not deleted any stars as their performance was exactly as you’d want it to be - personal, personable and with great customer service, all at a great price.”
