“Unfortunately, the Towel Rail we originally ordered was damaged as was the replacement. I understand they do not travel well particularly when handled by couriers. You were kind enough to offer a full refund.”

“My order was processed and delivery was arranged within days. They dealt with my queries promptly and professionally. Had I known before hand I would have dealt with Rubberduck from the onset. Initially I had placed an order with a different supplier who promised delivery within 1-3 weeks. After 6 weeks I had not received my order, despite numerous promises that order was ready for delivery. Then I got surprising news that the Company was unable to supply and would not refund due to financial constraints. I had to claim through bank for refund. This company is still selling online.”

“Even though I had to wait for an out-of-stock product I was informed when I was likely to receive the product and it was delivered promptly. The product was very reasonably priced and ideal for the job I was undertaking overall a good buy.”

“Panels are nice. Not impressed that you pay £45 for delivery for them to leave it outside because they’re not allowed inside of the house. Something that’s not very considerate for elderly people or people with disabilities. Plus, it’s extortionate.”

“Overall a good experience with this company. Unfortunately it arrived damaged in transit the first time but Rubberduck was very quick to sort it out and send a replacement via a different method. Would use them again. Good customer service.”

“You dealt with my issue of a dropped screen swiftly and effectively. I was skeptical that the hinges were the problem, but you were right. One of the hinges swapped over was faulty, so with the replacements, the screen is now fine again. Your service was excellent, I have given only four stars because the issue arose in the first place, but the service I received was first class. Thank you.”

“Good price and excellent delivery on sink and tap. However 1 multi panel was damaged and still waiting for a replacement. Rubber duck quickly on the case but supplier dragging their heels. Prices keen and support by phone good.”

“Items well packaged and delivered in very good time. The statement 'check your items' needs to be applied totally. The items I received were extremely well-packaged and the original factory packaging was intact so felt no need to split out all 25 pieces to check. I suggest others do so as, during installation and removing items from the original packaging we discovered one item had manufacturing faults. Fortunately, 24 items made up the complete installation so the faulty item caused no problem. I reported this to Rubberduck but as yet have had no response.”
