Excellent service from them- when there was an issue with delivery they sorted it straight away. I am really pleased with the items I bought from them, and I love the name!

We were very disappointed with the delivery of our items !! It changed day by day i.e. It will be tomorrow didn’t arrive etc etc Would not use this company again

The items ordered were dispatched directly by the manufacturer, which unfortunately meant we had no control over the delivery process. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be told different dates and still be left waiting. Very disappointed with a very misleading issue on the website. As a result I paid about £86 for an item when an equivalent on their website would have cost £30. Additionally the website (and a call to their support staff) led me to believe that the item (an electic element for a towel radiator) would be factory fitted into my radiator of choice; it wasn't! When I followed up afterwards I was told I had bought the wrong radiator. "So show me the radiator I should have bought" I said, the reply "oh, we don't have that one on our website". After sales staff refused any refund and just kept saying "You got what you ordered!" Beware, because even if you check before ordering..they get it wrong!

Good Morning Brian, We're sorry to hear you've been unhappy with the service provided. We display towel warmers and elements from numerous brands, with varying price points to suit all budgets. We cannot recommend buying a towel warmer from one company and then a cheaper element from another, as this can invalidate any warranty provided. With regards to the fitting of the element, when looking to install an electric only system we can request that the element be factory fitted by the manufacturer. That service needs to be requested however and does come at a cost, which is why we ask customers to call if that is the case. Sorry again for the confusion Brian, we do our best to display the correct info across our website and we have a phone line for any customers wanting to clarify anything before placing an order. Despite Rubberduck having been advised that our delivery had been despatched it arrived 24 hours after it was supposed to. On delivery it was noted that one of the panels was damaged and had tio be replaced. Rubberduck were very good in getting a replacement panel sent out, which arived within two working days. Our dealings with Rubberduck have been very good and they have always tried to be helpful, and have rung back when they said they would.

The item sent was damaged and the replacement was sent to be delivered after I left for a 2 week holiday even after several messages asking them not to. Follow up emails were ignored.
