Generally I find their prices to be pretty good. Customer service is pretty good too though I have had to chase up a couple of queries. I have found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable when explaining how various items are installed.

I was told that the product would be delivered within 5 days while placing an order; however, it was delivered 2 weeks after the order date. So, I didn't quite have a good experience with that otherwise I would have given a good review and ratings.

There was a stock discrepancy on a part that made up the whole unit, which unfortunately caused the delay. I have to say the customer service hasn’t been great. The shower door wasn’t delivered in the time frames outlined on the website at order. I wasn’t updated at all and had to phone to find out what was happening. I missed the window for the plumber as the door arrived later than planned. Then when it came the parts were wrong, nearly 4 weeks later I’m still without a working shower door again with very little communication help or willingness to want to fix the issue. I have no idea when my part is arriving nor have I had any concern or discussion about compensation for the fact I’ve been without a shower for so long.

Good Morning Andrew, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had with your shower door. The doors arrive to us pre-boxed from the manufacturer. In this case it looks like there was a packing error on their side, which unfortunately meant a wrong part was supplied. That doesn’t excuse the delay or lack of updates, and we’re sorry you felt you had to chase for information rather than being kept informed. We completely understand how disruptive this has been, especially with the impact on your plumber and the extended time without a working shower. the Bath Panel was delivered within a couple of days and was as described and well packed.

I was told it would arriive on a Friday-no show. On the next Monday told it would come the next day. I call them on the Tuesday and was told they had attempted delivery. I had waited all day. Cancelled the order

The first order arrived smashed to pieces. After three phone calls I waited over a week for a replacement. I requested that the delivery charge be reimbursed for all the inconvenience as I believed it is the responsibility of the seller to deliver goods in perfect order. They refused to reimburse me and said it was not their responsibility. Was certainly not impressed with their delivery serviced, DHL, who failed to respond to my complaint about the damage item delivered.

Unfortunately damages, while rare, can unfortunately happen in transit when using the couriers available to us. When they do, our priority is always to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible, which is what we looked to do here. Jarred and the Rubberduck team are always really helpful with our order requirements & sourcing our products. Delivery was a bit delayed for us on this occasion, it felt like we did have to chase things up rather then be contacted. But once contact had been made , things were resolved.

Incredibly poor service. The product I ordered from the photo on the website was NOT the correct item and then they refused to pay the return postage, even though it was clearly not my fault that the wrong product had been sent. It took over 2 weeks and only after 2 emails that my refund was finally given.

The codes/images on the box matched exactly with what was ordered. The issue arose because the manufacturer had updated the design of the product slightly before they went into administration, and unfortunately the newer version no longer looked identical to the older images still in circulation. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you, especially with the delay in refund and the confusion caused by the design change, and we’re sorry this left you feeling let down. Our seal arrived well packed and very promptly. The tab to fit in the holder wasn't as wide as shown but fortunately it is wide enough to stay in place and looks great and does the job we wanted it to. Ideal.

The items delivered were fine, but the delivery company did not give an option to accept or decline the delivery day and time, then brought the delivery forward by over 2 hours with no notice or agreement.
