“Ordered recently a bathroom cabinet mirror with light. It arrived with the mirror door broken. As it stated on the door cabinet I reported the issue 2 weeks ago. I requested an update last 2 times and no reply.”

“Bought a Niche for my bathroom and when it turned up the box looked undamaged so didnt open it until later but when i opened the package it looked like it was dropped on the corner was damaged, rang up for a replacement was was told in no uncertain terms that your company were no going to exchange, so not very happy.”

We do ask that any issues are reported to us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery so we can raise them with the courier and arrange a replacement straight away.
