“Ordered Aqua Ice shower panels as the picture looks blue. When they arrived they were green. After very unhelpful e-mail from you I was told I ordered Aqua Ice panels and that's what I got .... end of! Since when has Aqua Ice been green. Would never reccomend you.”

Good morning Andy, We're very sorry to hear you're unhappy with the panels purchased. We fully understand that panels can at times look slightly different on screen than when they arrive. To negate any issues with colour variations, we do ask that customers order samples in advance to double-check suitability. With the Aqua Ice panels specifically, we do mention in the product description that the colour is a mix of blue/green and we include the panel within the filter options and category created for Green Panels too. We appreciate your frustration with the situation and hope that you can see we have done all we can to inform customers before making a purchase. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Delivery was nearly a week despite calling them to check the order would be with me within 2-3 days as published on their website. The shower screen ordered stayed it was 800mm yet is 770mm with the wall fixing. I have emailed rubberduck with no response. However I keep receiving emails asking me to give them a review. I don’t normally give reviews but having been asked so many times and not having received a reply to my email I thought I would.”

Good morning Lucy, We're sorry to hear you've been unhappy with the service provided. We can't seem to locate any emails regarding your order. If we could please ask that you double-check the email address used. It should begin with contact@. Both of the items ordered display a 2-5 working day delivery ETA across the website. The order was placed mid week on a Wednesday afternoon and appears to have delivered within timescales the following week. When buying shower glass, all glass comes with an adjustment range that you need to take in to account during fitting. This detail is provided in the product description, product specification, again in any technical drawing and highlighted further in the links to the datasheet and fitting instructions directly under the item description. The 800mm detail refers to the compatible shower tray size. “We have had quite a complicated set of requirements to finish our bathroom. The guys at Rubberduck went above and beyond helping resolve problems, everything taken care of and orders arriving promptly. Communication with the company is excellent. We have another bathroom to fit out and we will be using Rubberduck for sure.”

“Competitive price of multi panels and quick delivery when ordered first time. However when I tried to order smaller sized shower panels later on the price was much higher so had to order from elsewhere.”
