“I placed my order for a bath, toilet, basin unit and waste, received email saying items despatched direct - with same date time -what I was not aware off was that Rubberduck bathrooms source their products from various other suppliers and i wrongly assumed that all products would be on the same delivery, I actually had 4 different couriers delivery my order, i missed 1 and had to pay £45 re delivery charge.would I have ordered from them if I knew this ,probably not.”

“Customer care was excellent. Unfortunately or order (and the first replacement) arrived damaged. They were very apologetic and sent out replacements straight away and arranged collection of the damaged products. The guys on the phone line were great.”

“The delivery was delayed by a day. But the panels arrived without damage and they are good quality. But the corner trim is very shallow so there is not much play if the wall is out. Would probably look for something with a deeper trim in the future”

Good afternoon Matthew, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback! Apologies for the slight delay on receiving your panels. We try our best to get items out as fast as possible but sometimes demand or unforeseen circumstances can at time delay things by a day. Thanks for the feedback on the profile too, we'll raise that detail with the manufacturer to make sure they're aware. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team
