Items well packaged and delivered in very good time. The statement 'check your items' needs to be applied totally. The items I received were extremely well-packaged and the original factory packaging was intact so felt no need to split out all 25 pieces to check. I suggest others do so as, during installation and removing items from the original packaging we discovered one item had manufacturing faults. Fortunately, 24 items made up the complete installation so the faulty item caused no problem. I reported this to Rubberduck but as yet have had no response.
