Nice website and good feedback on the order. Unfortunately of the 4 trims ordered only three were sent and of those one was damaged. This was quickly put right but obviously does reflect in the ratings

Hi John, We're very sorry to hear about the issue with damage on delivery. It's great to see our team was on hand to remedy the issue immediately with replacements dispatched the same day and received shortly thereafter too. Typically we see very few damages on these items but we do see a small increase around this time of year due to demand across the UK logistics networks. Order processing seems slow.. items shipped by another allied supplier. Ordered 19/10/21. Partial delivery received 3/10/21 but the primary more costly item has been shipped apparently but not yet delivered (6/10/21)

Good Afternoon William, We're sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your order in full. There does seem to be a little confusion with the timelines stated but just to give a little insight into what happens when ordering with us. The order processing is done so in near real-time, as payment is confirmed at this end. Looking at your order specifically, we can see it was placed late Friday afternoon around 4:30pm and it was picked up, processed and ordered with the manufacturer all within 10 minutes. Your items were shipped directly by the manufacturer but, due to space issues on the vehicle assigned, the order was split and that second part was delivered shortly thereafter. Promised items would arrive on a Thursday but Friday at the very latest, arrived there following Monday late afternoon so had to purchase elsewhere to get job completed

Hi Philip, We're sorry to hear you've not been too happy with the service this time around. With regards to the delivery ETAs displayed. These times are estimated based on stock levels, the couriers/manufacturers we connect to and the wider state of play across the UK. As the order was placed in the afternoon (after cut off for the next day service) it's unlikely the items would have been ready for dispatch that same afternoon. We can see that your items left us on a next day service using Parcel Force on the 26th. Tracking links and text messages were also provided, so you could monitor the items in transit. I received my order fine - mostly - but unfortunately one end of the packing was breached and a couple of small items were missing. Could well be a courier issue, but I am still waiting for a response to this delivery update from Rubberduck as these items though small are holding up my work progress.

Good Morning Craig, We're sorry to hear about the missing end caps. Looking at your order notes, we can see a replacement order for the missing end caps was dispatched on a next day service yesterday afternoon. This was confirmed VIA email just after lunch. We do try our best to respond to any issue as soon as possible but during the Black Friday sale, it can get a little hectic for our team and at times responses may take a little longer to come through than normal. That being said, we can see this issue was dealt with and replacements were dispatched within 2 working days of being notified. We're sorry you feel the service wasn't up to your expectation here. Good delivery times if Item in stock . Terrible refund policy still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks may have wait another 2. Not happy. Considering in good faith I ordered a replacement item and paid thinking my refund would be on the way . I'm not a company just a lone customer who does have the time or money for this delay no other company I've dealt with on this bathroom has taken more than a few days .My advice is by all means by from this company good and helpful . But if they owe you money wait until they pay you back before buying again.

Good Morning Darren, We're sorry to hear about the issues with your order. We think there must have been a miscommunication from our side on when you could expect your refund. This should have been processed by now. We process refunds within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, we've had a few staff members absent recently. Given this is the busiest time of year for online retail, we've had to spread the workload across the team and this has caused a small backlog for the accounts team. Disappointed to receive an email saying my item was dispatched when it hadn't even been made my the manufacturer. That felt very unprofessional, regardless of what you as a business are told from the manufacturer you should not be telling your customers that an item is dispatched without knowing its been loaded onto a wagon. I've been installing bathrooms for over 20 years and never had a company tell me my products are coming without knowing for its on a wagon. So unfortunately on this occasion I was not impressed.

Good Morning Matthew, We're very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. With the made-to-order panels from Showerwall, we get notified of an estimated dispatch date VIA email from the manufacturer with a call taking place a day before to confirm. This is because they're made on-site and distributed directly to customers to help minimise delivery windows, risk of damage in transit etc. In this instance, it looks as though they sent out an estimated dispatch notification based on the fact they expected materials to be delivered to them on a certain date. Unfortunately, it would appear that date slipped. We should have been notified of the delay, so we could pass on the update to you and that simply didn't happen, which is not acceptable. Great service, quick response times but it was hard to take that the cost of delivery was the same cost for the product I ordered. Delivery charges seem higher than elsewhere

Hi Lee, We're sorry to hear the delivery fee was a little hard to take! We understand your comments and to be honest, we agree to a point. The issue we have is that, when we send out a single 2.4m long trim from our warehouse, we need to pack it securely in a guttering tube and pay for extra carriage charge due to the awkward size of the protected item. Typically, the trims are purchased alongside the panels used to fit them, and there's no extra delivery fee for customers in these instances. Which balances things out nicely for all parties. Also, when you take in to account product and delivery costs combined, we're still one of if not the cheapest online retailer in the UK. Hi Ian, We're sorry to hear your toilet seat arrived a little late. On taking a look, we can see your order was placed on the 6th of September with an ETA of the 8th provided at the time. We did send out dispatch confirmation shortly after ordering that mentioned the delivery window may slip a day or two due to how busy courier networks are at the minute. Delivery did not arrive on the due day. Waited all day and no notification for the delay. Next day I phoned to check and didn’t get an update until late morning after phoning second time. I also requested for the items to be redirected to the site address as there would be no one at the original address today, so the new address was given to Rubberduck The gentleman answering the phone said they will try to contact the courier company and request , but could not promise . In any case the Driver will contact me when he gets near to the original delivery address. This never happened and the large items were left in front of the door. This was a potential hazard for the disabled person in the house. The delivery situation was totally unsatisfactory and my communication had been ignored. A lot of my time was wasted and I had to make a 40 mile journey which could have been avoided. I phoned Rubberduck and complained . No response received from Rubberduck.

Good Morning Balbir, We're sorry to hear you've not been too happy with your purchase. With these items, they were distributed directly from the manufacturer using their chosen courier XDP. We did provide tracking links, so the items could be monitored on their journey but looking at the updates, it would appear XDP did not make the delivery on the day that was outlined. The Items did arrive first thing the next day, however, which is a small positive to take. The reason for the delay in coming back to you was simply due to the fact we were waiting for an update from the manufacturer to come through. Hi David, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback on your order. We are a little surprised to see the comments offered, given the item ordered carries an estimated 3-7 day delivery window. Even more so, given the item was delivered within 5 working days. That being said, we can see the order was confirmed on the morning of the 1st. The goods were picked, packed and scheduled for dispatch on Friday the 4th. They were collected first thing Monday with a tracking link provided to monitor the items in transit. The experience of buying from rubberduck was absolutely fine. The choice of courier though... Carding my address with no acutal attempt and when he actually delivered it, the driver decided to urinate on my drive where the thought I didn't have cctv

Ordered off the Internet and it said in stocks. Had to wait 9 weeks to finally get it. They need to change couriers because fed ex are bad. No one was in so they just left it on the drive.

Hi John, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Apologies for the discrepancy on the delivery ETA. This particular item proved very popular over the Summer. As soon as we were made aware the stock was no longer available, we reached out to yourself to let you know and you said you were happy to wait. After that we changed the availability of the product across the website to reflect the extended ETA. We use FedEx to deliver these items as they rarely damage them in transit and on top of that they offer tracking links too! The item (bath side panel) was dispatched very speedily but did not arrive on the promised day. I waited in all day. It came early the next morning. There were several holes in the cardboard packaging and it was hard to tell immediately if the panel itself was damaged. I accepted the consignment and when I unwrapped it there was no damage. The courier said the packaging was like that because it had spent the night in their local delivery warehouse. Reason? Wrong postcode entered on address label. My order details clearly showed you had the correct postcode from me but you printed it wrongly on label. So “acceptable” because it was quick, but it could have gone very wrong.

The dispatch labels are created automatically using the customer info added during the checkout stage. On looking at your order and address details, it would appear that a digit was missed while entering your postcode, which caused a little confusion with the couriers. Happy with the service provided - smooth process from ordering to receiving the goods. The tap is solid brass however the shower attachment is very cheap and definitely not brass, so have had to purchase this again separately, bringing the price of the unit right up

On the items purchased, it does state in the product description that, while the tap body is constructed from brass, the handset is made from a lighter, easier to handle material ABS. That being said it could be a little clearer. To avoid any confusion moving forward, we'll work on that description to make it a little easier to read and elaborate on what ABS refers to. The product was great however delivery times were not true to stated at the time of purchase. Having said that this is not just Rubberduck Bathrooms as I have found this is a UK wide issue. The Rubberduck team were responsive once I contacted them to enquire regarding delivery time.

Price was good and the delivery was okay except the driver was in such a hurry he left the items on the doorstep, that wasn't a problem until I realised he had left the glass shower panel leaning against an open window alongside the porch. It was precarious and I am disabled so although I tried twice I couldn't move it, I couldn't get help and eventually had to move it with the help of my 84yr old mother. Needless to say the drivers name would have been mud if I had known it. This is not a bad review just the truth as I have hurt myself as a result.

As such, people will need to be present to receive the goods at the time. A tracking link was also provided on order confirmation. A 2 hour timeslot was provided for todays delivery, this is so you could ensure someone was present when the driver arrived. We're very sorry to hear that you've experienced the issues described.
