“Was told a delivery was coming yesterday booked day off and only part of delivery arrived rang up to see why was advised product out of stock nobody rang or emailed me to say why and now I still will have to have another day to stay off to receive”

“I'm still missing one of the products that was due to arrive a week ago. The priduct got left behind in the van. I have chased so many times and was promised someone will call me back. I was suppose to arrive a day later. But have not received any updates or the product. Our plumber has come to fit the bathroom 3 times now. But can't as the part hasn't arrived.”
