“There was a little confusion as to where the parcel was left. I originally was going to go with leave in the shed but I would need to print off something and leave it in the shed as authorisation. Considering this was 11pm I decided not to do that. I went with leave with a neighbour instead. However when parcel was delivered no note was put through the door as to where it was put. I saw an email saying parcel with a neighbour but not which neighbour. So I waited. I had to ring customer services, the item had been left in the shed. There would be no confusion had the delivery guy just posted a note stating where he left it.”

“We ordered a microwave the first one was damaged the 2nd one was the wrong one so was the 3rd, finally got it right with 4th. Even though there was a lot of messing around they were very responsive and gave us a discount due to aggro caused.”
