I ordered an item over the holiday period "click & collect" after the holiday my car would not start and I couldn't get it fixed until after the 7 day "hold order conditions". I emailed to cancel my order and asked for confirmation of the cancellation and my refund. NO email confirming my cancellation and refund. VERY POOR customer service. I even tried ringing but recorded message said "Customer Service are working from home" then was immediately cut off. Rang store and was told "I'll try and put you though" then got a recorded message saying "Goodbye" and was cut off again. VERY POOR customer service. I still do not know if my order was cancelled and I have been refunded my money.
