“The bad news was that they sent the wrong item. The worse news was they didn't have the correct item in stock and my option of buying the correct item elsewhere and my option of buying the correct item elsewhere had disappeared! The Vaguely good News was that they sent a refund quickly and were very pleasant and apologetic on the phone.”

As stated we did try to promptly rectify the situation, however due to the incorrect stock levels, we could only refund you promptly for this.
