“Great price - the best on the net! Postage was average, took a few days but that’s fine. Item is scratched on the front & looks like it’s been a return. I’m keeping it as I haven’t got time for the hassle of reboxing, contacting store, organising a replacement & posting back - so I’m keeping it. I must add the scratch is no big problem - the teasmade has a light button that seems ridiculously hard to turn off & on…you have to stabilise the teasmade while you use it otherwise the force it requires pushes the machine across the table. I’ve read reviews & swan have design issues - they’re good looking but poorly thought out - which is no fault of the store.”

“Item exactly as advertised. Good reduction in price. The only reasons I haven't given 5 stars is that it took a while to arrive and the packaging was very flimsy. Plastic couriers bag with no tissue or any internal wrapping and the outer bag had split revealing the contents. Not damaged or soiled though but I would recommend a bigger bag and some tissue or similar.”
