“We purchased an air cooler online and arranged to collect it the next day. Great customer service! The store was quite busy so we went to have coffee then fetch it afterwards, the assistant fetched our purchase and brought it to us in the cafe! It was the first time we had visited Roy’s having recently moved to the area, loved it, everything you could want from plants to slippers!”
