“I purchased a gift of 2 items of clothing as a gift for my friend who lives in Mundesley Norfolk. She received those items in the time suggested by you as to when they would arrive. Unfortunately I had ordered the sizes incorrectly ,but she promptly contacted you and made arrangement to exchange those items in Nth Walsham . I was very pleased with this service and look forward to her exchanging these items soon. Thank you”

“Superb Staff and customer interaction. Slight delay in picking up my recent order but that was insignificant. I don't live in Norfolk but make sure I visit Roys when passing through to meet relatives. Great Department store, great petrol station, great food hall and garden centre. (I'm a bit old for the toy shop now but used it many, many years ago.)”

“I ordered an item over the holiday period "click & collect" after the holiday my car would not start and I couldn't get it fixed until after the 7 day "hold order conditions". I emailed to cancel my order and asked for confirmation of the cancellation and my refund. NO email confirming my cancellation and refund. VERY POOR customer service. I even tried ringing but recorded message said "Customer Service are working from home" then was immediately cut off. Rang store and was told "I'll try and put you though" then got a recorded message saying "Goodbye" and was cut off again. VERY POOR customer service. I still do not know if my order was cancelled and I have been refunded my money.”

“Happy with the product but the website was having issues when I ordered and I kept receiving messages that I'd left an item in my basket. Ended up ordering and paying twice. Received an apology and was offered a refund at the Thetford store when I picked up my order - I decided to keep the additional soaps anyway. Happy with the delivery service to the Thetford store as the soaps were out of stock on Amazon - will remember to use Roys in future.”
