“I Love Roys of Wroxham. Everything you need from a dish cloth to a lovely clothes. Fabulous food too, not to mention toys, DIY, garden stuff and fuel. My week is not complete without a trip to Roy’s and now they have mail order too!!!”

“I ordered some binoculars off roys, for no fault of their own the binoculars were damaged (in manufacture it was the inside lens) They kindly replaced the item without fuss having seen a photo, despite that it was difficult to capture the damage in the image because it was on a lens. They delivered the initial item quickly, once the issue was raised they resolved it quickly. So i have my item in time for my holiday. They provided good service and the product itself (the one without the defect) is good and fairly priced.”

“Excellent service. Found your firm by chance from a general internet search. Like to support family businesses. Ordered a beach tent with a choice of blue or red but no box to choose colour. After ordering on Sunday afternoon, tel you the next morning to request red and success you sent it and was delivered on Tuesday afternoon to my son and family who are delighted. Such wonderful service. Cannot thank you enough.”
