“Really like the product, Had an issue with delayed delivery, but this was at the fault of the courier and not Roys. I contacted Roys when my product failed to arrive, and they very quickly responded to let me know what had happened and when i could expect it.”

“Item (watering can) arrived broken. Not 'Roy's' fault but the couriers. Contacted Roy's, e-mailed a picture, and they very quickly confirmed a full refund with a sincere apology.”

“My order was in two parts, I received one and the other went too a other address. I received a replacement within 48 hours, that's why only 4 stars. Other wise my first online experience with Roys would have earned them 5 stars.”
