“Good price for the item purchased. Shame the delivery man knocked the telegraph pole and public foot path sign over which are in our drive!!! An apology would have been polite instead of driving off like a bat out of helĺ !!!”

“Efficient service. Good product. Only problem I had was there was no house number on the delivery address label. Fortunately I was home when UK Mail wanted to deliver & their driver called to ask for my house number! I'd included the number online when completing my purchase so it was Roy's fault. But all ended well!”

“Speedy delivery, well packaged. I saw the pan set advertised in a magazine and Roy’s sold it cheaper. My only feedback would be that there were 2 price stickers left on it, and both were cheaper than the price i paid. They probably should have been removed and I’d be none the wiser! 🤗”

“Really quick and efficient service experienced when using Roy’s. They were the only place I could find that stocked the item I wanted. Unfortunately I could only buy 6 as there seemed to be a limit. But I’m happy with the service”
