“Roys of Wroxham to me is a brand from my childhood. We always visited when we went to the broads. Now they have an excellent website too. The delivered very quickly and beat the 'big' high street names for price.”

“Really like the product, Had an issue with delayed delivery, but this was at the fault of the courier and not Roys. I contacted Roys when my product failed to arrive, and they very quickly responded to let me know what had happened and when i could expect it.”

“Item (watering can) arrived broken. Not 'Roy's' fault but the couriers. Contacted Roy's, e-mailed a picture, and they very quickly confirmed a full refund with a sincere apology.”

“My order was in two parts, I received one and the other went too a other address. I received a replacement within 48 hours, that's why only 4 stars. Other wise my first online experience with Roys would have earned them 5 stars.”
