“Couldn't fault Roy's, their service and communication was great! However the pool box was in very poor condition by the time we recieved it. Also the quality of the pool isn't great! It's been up 1 week and the cover is ripping already!”

“Really quick delivery so thank you but just as a point of note it was excessively packaged. My item was small but in a HUGE box which I don't think is that environmentally friendly. I do appreciate you were wanting to keep it safely packaged though but to put it in a box about 50 times the size of the original item seems a little excessive. Only a small niggle but thought it was worth pointing out”
