“Tried to return a product in store as I was in the area I thought it would be easier than posting. Was hard to persuade the in-store team to accept the return. Online it stated when item is posted all that is needed in package is a slip stating the order number. However when in the store suddenly my card information was required. Seems strange why sending it via post only requires an order number. Any how the situation was resolved in the end however i feel like the process could have gone a lot smoother. Also unusual that you have to email before posting the return.”

“Online purchase of a Radley handbag on 30 Dec. The sale price was considerably lower than other retailers and I am delighted with the handbag, and ordering process. The delivery company DX gave me an initial delivery date of 2 Jan. It didn't arrive on that day but the tracking showed that they were experiencing some delays. Not a problem for me at this busy time of the year. The second delivery date I was given was 6 Jan, and the bag arrived at the time stated.”

“I was really pleased with my purchase of a Barbour jumper from Roy’s. The item arrived very quickly with great comms from both Roy’s and DX who delivered it. This is the first time I’ve heard of Roy’s but I will definitely check them out in the future if I am looking for quality items. Their use of DX as a courier sets them apart as in my experience they are one of the most reliable delivery companies. Can recommend.”
