“These shoes are so nice, perfect for my husbands swollen feet, easy to get on and off. Fabulous price . As for Roys the shop was amazing the meat counter was amazing and the staff were so pleasant especially on the tills and in the café where they served up a delicious panini for us. 100% top store in wroxham will be back again soon”

“Great service as usual - brilliant store and staff are very helpful and friendly. Just wish the website was a bit better to order from as they sell so much more than is offered on line. Have been using their store in Dereham (and a few times at Wroxham) for 25 years. Has a lovely cafe as well - do some good value shopping and stop for a cup of tea and something to eat. Fabulous.”

“I ordered online to collect from North walsham, had an email to say order was ready, i stood at loading place 4 over half hour and after ringing 4 times for attention I had to go in the shop to get my soil, I thought it was going to be easier to order online but ended up wasting time. I was told no one is in warehouse anymore so why is there a bell to ring for attention? In the end it would have been quicker and easier just to go into shop. I was nit impressed at all.”

“Outdoor wall clock received with bent casing where two halves close together. Obviously had not been inspected in box prior to dispatch. As case metal is soft, it was easy enough to knock it back into shape and tape over the remaining gap to try and prevent water ingress, however. Order was not quickly despatched, but wasn't unduly slow either.”
