“I ordered a joules jacket in size 14 which i know is my size as i tried it on in another roys store but they didnt have my size in the right colour. when it came it was too small. I took it to roys of beccles and tried on a size 14 which fitted perfectly. They exchanged for me which I was extremely grateful for as I didnt want to return by post and reorder with the sizes being so out. This is an issue with joules not Roys but well done roys for offering excellent customer service especially in these times. Very satisfied customer.”
