“Excellent service again! I order these puzzles for my 88 year old nan to keep her occupied during lockdown. She enjoys the challenge and the slightly larger puzzle pieces help too. I hope you continue to stock these puzzles as they are becoming harder to find. I will definitely be odeing again.”

“Five Stars I ordered two items from Roys of Wroxham, unfortunately they both arrived damaged. However, both items were quickly replaced and exchanged at the doorstep. Excellent customer service, would not hesitate to recommend Roys of Wroxham. Delighted with the items bought and will definitely buy from them again.”

“I purchased a pair of walking boots as a gift for my husband. Purchasing was easy and the package came earlier than anticipated, all good on that front. However, to my surprise, when he opened the box the boots had attached a price tag with a price £10 cheaper than what I paid for. I contacted customer service straight away and with their apologies, they refunded the difference. Seems like they treat customers fairly and accept when a mistake is made, which is a delight.”
