“Toys overall 5* however the product I brought was poor quality. No fault of Roys as they sold it cheaper than anywhere online. Best way one-man inflatable kayak. It was misshaped and struggled to hold my weight of 80kg when its100kg. The bad review is product only. Roy's have been very helpful considering current circumstances and I am returning it to a store tomorrow despite it being an online service. Very helpful manager at Magdaland street Norwich. I shall be returning it tomorrow.”
