“I am a regular buyer on on line. This is one of the hardest purchase I have made I think in few years. More than 11 days since I purchased still I didn’t get my item. Seems like no one cares. Even no bother to properly communicate with the client. More over as a customer I am trying to chase where is my item gone. Poor very poor service. Thanks”

“I was looking for some weed killer and searched online and Roys came up. Live in Suffolk but know Roy’s from visit to the Broads in the past and didn’t know you were online. I thought the service was amazing. Website easy to navigate and surprised at the range of products available. Ordered Monday morning and delivered Tuesday- how great is that! Will definitely use again and have already recommended to friends and family! Also pleased to support a more local business rather than the big nationals.”
