“The description of the item did not specify that I would not receive the exact item pictured. I contacted Roy’s and they responded promptly, apologised and refunded the cost of the item. I would definitely buy from them again.”

“I was very happy with the service i recieved, my order arrived long before the estimate time of delivery, plus the product was excellently packaged and so competitive with price i wpuld highly reccomemd everyone to look here before committing to buy elsewhere. “I ordered an omelette maker, when it arrive in double quick time, it didn’t have its instruction booklet in the box. I got in touch with there customer service and the problem was solved straight away. It was a pleasure having fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be shopping with Roys in the future, and would recommend them 100 percent.”
