“I was really pleased with my purchase of a Barbour jumper from Roy’s. The item arrived very quickly with great comms from both Roy’s and DX who delivered it. This is the first time I’ve heard of Roy’s but I will definitely check them out in the future if I am looking for quality items. Their use of DX as a courier sets them apart as in my experience they are one of the most reliable delivery companies. Can recommend.”

“Just a short note to respond to the handling of a recent issue reference an incorrect item being delivered. Firstly I always do appreciate that companies dealing with shipping goods will have difficulties at some time. My view has always been it is how they handle the issue that is the differentiator. I am very happy to say Roy’s were excellent. Very impressed with a lovely lady named Jo who handled my call and provided a first class experience in handling an issue for a customer. It is always pleasing to come across someone who is customer focussed and understands the issue speedily and clearly. This was a good experience even if I did not get my product. Happy to recommend and shop at Roy’s again.”
