“We don't usually bother with reviews but we'd like to thank you for an excellent service far exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, there was damage to the lopper, there were two breaks in the plastic covering on it although the packaging was not broken. We've started to use it and it seems to work well, we're just hoping that it won't rust over time.”

“Excellent customer service when I recently visited your store to purchase a christmas tree, its decorations and lights. Sharon Harvey was so helpfull and attentive, so was the store mananger Luke, when I enquired about returns if when returned home the tree was too big. The tree was perfect and size fitted.
