“Staff were extremely helpful, ordered online and collected in store too . Really easy to use. Good stock of shoes too . But I ordered Xmas secs, well worth a visits to store to look at them in person, light up water spinner lanterns are stunning :0)”

“Good competitive prices for children’s toys. A bit confusing with regards to click and collect. Was turned away from the toy store and sent to dept store which contradicted receipt. Staff member on door didn’t know where collection point was. And when we found the correct till staff member didn’t know how to process click and collect. I imagine this is teething problems in current situation and would still recommend”

“I used the click and collect service to order a tree skirt and then collected in store. Roys offer an extremely professional service. All the staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful (customer service and main department store). There are lots of staff available throughout the stores to offer help if needed, nothing is too much trouble.”
