“Tried to return a product in store as I was in the area I thought it would be easier than posting. Was hard to persuade the in-store team to accept the return. Online it stated when item is posted all that is needed in package is a slip stating the order number. However when in the store suddenly my card information was required. Seems strange why sending it via post only requires an order number. Any how the situation was resolved in the end however i feel like the process could have gone a lot smoother. Also unusual that you have to email before posting the return.”
