“Very easy website, ordering and payment process. i only give a 4-star review due to the delivery charge -almost £5 on a £12 item - though the courier was also very quick and tracking worked well.”

“I decided I wanted two more of the item I had ordered and was collecting. A staff member looked on the shop floor for me (without success) and two others checked the system to see if more were coming in or if another branch had them. All to no avail but the staff were very apologetic.”
