“Disappointed with the condition of the packaging when it arrived. The cutlery set was not held in place in the box and the box was ripped in four places. Had to reposition the items and tape down at the back as it is going to be a Xmas gift. It was if someone had had them out of box and carelessly put back in. Very surprised as I have shopped in store many times and expected better service on line. I didn't bother complaining as I didn't want hassle of returning and all items were there.”
