“Ordered the light up Gonks and love them! The only `issue` that I had is I didn't know what size batteries j needed (not in the description), so I had to be patient before these little fellas got put out :) they look fab and I'm ordering some for my sister too Delivery was quick and ordering easy”

“APPALING customer service. Goods not received & despite numerous emails ... not one response. I will be taking further action to recover the £40 I am now out of pocket. Shame on you Roys”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. As previously said in emails to you, DHL have not had any scans of your parcel since the 16th. We had opened a case regarding your parcel and yet still to hear their response. As requested we have refunded your order in the meantime and asked DHL to return the parcel to us if found.
