“Excellent service I didn't give full stars as the security tag was still on my gilet so I had to take it to my local roys to remove, which was rather embarrassing. otherwise great service”

“Ordered some duplo for my little granddaughter was there to collect next day .Prompt polite service and was nice to use a local store rather than going into Norwich .Was a good price cheaper than other competitors.Woyld highly recommend Riys toys Thankyou”

“Great Items but very Poor on line purchase. The Items were showing available when I purchased, but took 2 days and me ringing for staff to let me to pick up from store. When I was in the store they were unaware of how to complete an On Line Order. I had to show them in the end. Perhaps better training might help.”
