“Initially, I was puzzled when having paid for my order, a caption appeared telling me my order could not be placed! I contacted Roys online and the response was excellent and I received my order in double quick time - excellent.”

“Great customer service all round. I mucked up my order ordering two items the same. The response to my emails were very quick and they were also very promt sorting the order and refunding for one item. The item was well packaged as described and arrived very quickly. Will definately use roys again and recommend them for the fab service”

“I repeatedly contacted customer services to find out when the delivery would be, as the tracking code did not work. I was unable to narrow down the window of delivery to smaller than 7 days! In the end, it turned up by surprise quicker than expected, and as a result was left unattended in a open corridor of my building for a couple of days. This is what I wanted to avoid, hence my approaches to customer service.”

“I do not live locally so had not heard of Roys before. There was a particular coat from Joules that I was searching for which Roys had in stock. I ordered at around noon. The coat arrived within 24 hours. Excellent fast service.”
