Your site said order before midnight on the day of my order to ensure delivery before Christmas. That is specifically why I ordered from your company.
My order was not delivered until the Wednesday AFTER Christmas. To compound matters further the courier said it had been in their depot since the Saturday before Christmas but they were not allowed to deliver it???
I don't know who is really to blame here but as my order was with your company the ultimate responsibility for it being delivered on time as promised on your website must be yours.
